Tony Scott and Sarah Pringle curated ‘Time & Scale’ an exhibition for both the Henderson Land booth at Art Basel Hong Kong and a hoarding art project that covered the construction site at 80 Queens Road Central of a 24-storey gallery and lifestyle tower designed by the Hong Kong architect William Lim. Ten local Hong Kong artists have been commissioned for the Time and Scale project and each of them address the question “What does it take to change a culture?” The hoardings around HQ are a more than two thousand five hundred square foot canvas for these artists to present their art to the public. Public art infuses public spaces with the spirit of creativity and offers passers-by the opportunity to engage with creative ideas.
